Design Story
I really wanted to make an all round blouse that would cover up little shoulders in warmer weather but also work layered on cooler days with a cardigan.
Construction
The blouse has a raglan sleeve and is floaty, allowing ease of fit and movement. There is elastic at the neckline and cuffs and its simply a pull-on top ideal for independent little dressers.
